Your complaint will be treated in strict confidence.

Admissibility of complaints

A complaint must be lodged within thirty calendar days of the facts that are the subject of the complaint. A complaint lodged after this period will not be processed.

How is a complaint handled?

After your complaint has been registered and found admissible by the complaints coordinator, you will receive confirmation that your complaint has been received.
Your complaint will be forwarded to the relevant departments and individuals who will examine the content of your complaint. The Royal Observatory of Belgium ensures that complaints are dealt with within thirty calendar days of receipt. You will receive a reasoned reply by e-mail or by post.
